Some of the Reasons For Weight Loss
The Buddha Diet Started this in August, it’s more about when you eat than what you eat. I’m down to eating 2 meals a day about 5 to 6 hours apart between sunrise and sunset. My personal goals are about 9 am and 2 to 3 pm.
Following a somewhat Ketoish & Paleoish diet choices. I do my best not to eat out of cans, boxes, or the middle of the grocery store. Still eat canned sardines & oyster and I have a favorite German pumpernickel bread to match with black tea and of course, I have a weakness for a good butter croissant.
Breakfast will include protein and fats, while lunch is usually a large salad with protein and a little fat.
I’m very lucky to be living in America and one of the downsides to that is we have so many choices when it comes to food, and a lot of those are not so healthy. Maybe that’s why we have so many that are overweight and undernourished.
