Overall I'm pretty healthy, heart rate recovery is better than good, and sleep could be better. I am no longer obese, but still overweight according to the BMI chart.

Overall this has been a pretty good month, I lost almost 3 pounds & Cardio Fitness Score has gone up.

This has been a pretty good month, I've lost over 4 pounds, sleep is good, and Cardio Fitness is getting stronger.

My sleep time over the last year has improved and my sleep score overall has increased too.

For this month I'm seeing a higher resting heart rate and the lowest cardio fitness score since I 've been following the Fitbit charts.

Goals For August Cut down on the coffee, set up a nightly routine including exercise, and meditation.

These are my personal charts for May 2019. Over all Cardio fitness is excellent and heart rate at rest is between 55 and 62. And there is lots of room for improvement of the next 2 months.
