How many ways can you cook an egg?

Eggs are an important part of every culture’s meal. And sometimes we can get stuck making the same egg dish over and over again.

In America we have 6 main ways to cook eggs:

  1. Scrambled
  2. Fried Eggs, including sunny-side up and over easy.
  3. Pouched in the shell or in water
  4. Hard-boiled eggs
  5. Quiche (with a flour crust) or Fritatta without a crust
  6. Omlett packed with veggies & cheese

OK, some of these we may have borrowed from the French. But each of these have variations and pairing options that will wake up all your taste buds and fit into any diet.
