The olive oil in the pesto, the sardines, and avocado offer the omega-3 fatty acids that are great healthy fats for seniors, well anyone.

Sardines are considered healthy fatty fish with protein, vitamin B12, calcium, and trace minerals.

Avocados are packed full of vitamins, minerals and healthy fats.
