An easy to put together high-protein breakfast or lunch.
This was quick and easy to put together, less than 15 minutes including scrambling the eggs.
Most of the ingredients came from the Marietta Farmers Market:
- The smoked Norwegian Salmon is from Diana’s Specialties.
- The croissant is made by Annie’s Baking.
- Several vendors are selling sprouts, I don’t remember who these are from.
- Pasture-raised eggs are scrambled with herbs in a little butter and bone broth. Also from the Marietta Farmers Market.
