Fun Facts About Honey & Tea

Who doesn\’t love a little honey in their tea? Even though we may not always think about the health benefits of raw honey it is always there, healing the gut and providing trace minerals that are not usually in our diet.

The article talks about what large mega-corporations making a taste-like-honey product, which I\’m sure is pretty easy to do today. Yes, it can probably taste just like real honey, but can it provide any of the benefits to the gut or provide trace minerals? I think that would be too expensive.

Being a somewhat paleo dieter, I stay away from man-made honey something that\’s similar to trans fat and fools the taste buds & offers no substance.

Stick with the good stuff.

About Jack

OK, I am a bit of a health nut with no degrees in the health industry. I spend way too much time sitting and looking at a computer screen so any time outside is precious and my diet style is optimized for that.
