This has been a pretty good month, I’ve lost over 4 pounds, sleep is good, and Cardio Fitness is getting stronger.
Cardio Fitness

My Cardio Fitness score can between 42 and 46, exclient for men in my age group.
These numbers are starting to move up.
Weight Loss




I’m down over 4 pounds for August. I’m eating 2 meals a day now, about 5 hours apart with no or limited snacking and started to increase proteins.
I’ve lost over 3 pounds this month.
Resting Heart Rate




Started a new breathing meditation anchored on relaxing to help bring down Cortisol.
Fitbit Sleep Stages




Here is a comparison of my 30 day average compared to the benchmark of men my age including times for being awake, REM or dream, Light and Deep sleep.
Starting a class on Dream Yoga so expect to see REM or sleep stage to increase and hopefully wake states will decrease as well.
