Fitbit Step Chart for January 2020

Step Chart for January 2020

Over all I think January looks pretty good. Steps increased for the 3 week and surprised to see my weight drop off as steps increased.

Even though meditation practice picked up, resting heart rate increased. This maybe because of an increase on caffine or coffee.

There is walking & running track not too far away and on rainy days

Notice that these charts are in order of what you can control to what you can not control.

About Jack

OK, I am a bit of a health nut with no degrees in the health industry. I spend way too much time sitting and looking at a computer screen so any time outside is precious and my diet style is optimized for that.

An outstanding share! I have just forwarded this onto a colleague who was doing a little homework on this. And he in fact bought me dinner because I found it for him… lol. So let me reword this…. Thank YOU for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending the time to discuss this subject here on your web site.
