Fitbit Health Charts for May 2019

Home - Fitbit Charge Watch Fitness Tracker - Fitbit Health Charts for May 2019

These are my personal charts for May 2019. Over all Cardio fitness is excellent and heart rate at rest is between 55 and 62. And there is lots of room for improvement of the next 2 months.

Table of Contents

Steps for May 2019

Fitbit Steps for May 2019.

Maybe one of my lowest monthly averages (3996). The weather have not been the best, lots of rainy days, but still not a good excuse.

3,996 steps should be easy to bet in June and July, and I’m planning several hiking days throughout the next 2 months.

Heart Rate Zone

Resting Heart Rate for May 2019

Resting Heart Rate for May 2019

Planning an evening routine of yoga and meditation to lower the heart rate. My goal is to bring the heart rate down to the mid 40s.

Weight Chart for May 2019

Weight Chart for May 2019

This month’s weight has been pretty level and I believe it was because of just being lazy, not getting in enough steps and yoga at night.

I’m planning to change that this month with some Chi Gong in the morning and yoga in the evening with a meditation before bed.

Cardio Fitness

Cardio Fitness for May 2019

Excellent Nice! Fitbit says my score is related to weight and to bring my score up I should lose weight and be careful not to lose muscle.

Sleep Charts

Monthly sleep chart
These charts are: 1 My monthly average compared 2, other men my age.
  • Awake time is on the low end and I think that’s good.
  • REM is low. and would like it to increase.
  • Light Sleep is high.
  • Deep Sleep is high and wonder if it’s because i\’m active or if something is amiss? Do I need more protein?

Overall, I’ll cut down on caffeine and make sure there is at least 1 meditation practice every day.

About Jack

OK, I am a bit of a health nut with no degrees in the health industry. I spend way too much time sitting and looking at a computer screen so any time outside is precious and my diet style is optimized for that.
