Weight loss during the covid-19 pandemic from May to the end of July 2020

There has been so much in the news about people staying at home and putting on weight over the last several months I wanted to show that does not have to be the case.

I’ve talked to several members of the Fitbit Community and they are pretty much taking pretty good care of themselves. A lot of them are getting more steps in and some have started a yoga 30, that\’s 30 days of yoga for 30 minutes.

Awake time is below average and light sleep is on the hight end compared to others in my age range.

Thursday I included some matcha tea in the diet and brought my scores down.

My sleep time over the last year has improved and my sleep score overall has increased too.

Sleep Goals in August will include setting up a prep time before bed and some chai tea in the afternoon and early evening. Get a sleep score over 80.
