Overall this has been a pretty good month, I lost almost 3 pounds & Cardio Fitness Score has gone up, and REM or Dream stage has increased while my overall sleep score has gone down because of too much caffeine.

My average sleep score is down from last month, REM is up by 2 percentage points and the deep sleep is down by 2% points. Hopefully by bringing down the amount of caffeine will help bring this score up.

This has been a good healthy month, the Cardio score is up by 2 points, the average resting heart looks better than last month, and weight is down by over 2.5 pounds.
Some of my goals for October will include:
- More steps
- Cut down on coffee and caffeine.
- Use the breathing app daily.
- Create a healthy bedtime routine.
