And Fitness Score has gone up, and REM or Dream stage has increased while my overall sleep score has gone down because of too much caffeine.

I would have thought the REM or dream states would have increased more and it looks like deep sleep went down (too much coffee).
Dreams have increased and my sleep scores have gone down.
My average sleep score is down from last month, REM is up by 2 percentage points and the deep sleep is down by 2% points. Hopefully by bringing down the amount of caffeine will help bring this score up.
Resting Heart Rate

The resting heart rate is overall lower on average. Reasons could include more meditation practice.
Cardio Fitness Score For September

Not my best scores and the numbers are increasing, I think because I\’m losing weight as recommended by Fitbit.
Conclusion
This has been a good healthy month, the Cardio score is up by 2 points, the average resting heart looks better than last month, and weight is down by over 2.5 pounds.
Some of my goals for October will include:
- More steps
- Cut down on coffee and caffeine.
- Use the breathing app daily.
- Create a healthy bedtime routine.
