Cardio Fitness October 2021

An uptick from last month.

Weight Chart

Weight Chart for October 2021

This has always been an easy time of the year for weight loss and really not sure why.

The last weigh-in for October is 202.4 down almost 2 pounds from the 3-month average and the average is down just over a pound from September.

Later this week I’ll be taking a belt to the local Goodwill because it’s just too big.

I would like to contribute weight loss to my diet but my steps are also up as well.

Goals: To be under 200 by the end of the month.

Steps For October

Fitbit Steps for October 2021

My daily average is over 5k, an increase of over 1k compared to September’s average at 4072.

The weather is starting to become a little dicey so I’m not sure I can keep up with the increase in steps so I just ordered a jump rope to add a new simple exercise program to my daily routine that shouldn’t take over 10 minutes a day.

Resting Heart Rate

Even though my weight has come down from September there is little change.

Sleep Stages For October 2021

Fitbit 4 Stages of Sleep

Having a lot of dreams so I’m surprised REM is so low. I do want to bring down my awake time.

Sleep Hours

Hours Slept for October 2021

The stars represent more than 7 hours of sleep that day. 13, I think that’s a record.

Goals & Actions

  2. Bring down Awake Time.
  3. Be more consistent at going to bed at the same time

About Jack

OK, I am a bit of a health nut with no degrees in the health industry. I spend way too much time sitting and looking at a computer screen so any time outside is precious and my diet style is optimized for that.
