These Fitbit charts compare a nights sleep to a 30 day average and compare it to others in the same age and gender group for awake time, REM or dream, light and deep sleep stages.
Heart Rate At Rest Fitbit Chart

This chart measures heart rate at rest for April 2020. The high point is a point higher than normal and the low point is about 3 points higher. I try to cut down on the caffeine for May and June.

My worst numbers since I’ve started adding this chart to the website. I’d like to blame it on stress and being in quarantine.
