My Fitbit Charts for April 2020

For this month I'm seeing a higher resting heart rate and the lowest cardio fitness score since I 've been following the Fitbit charts.

Goals For The Next 2 Months:

  • Cut down on the caffeine.
  • More exercise & steps.
  • Add more magnesium to my diet.

These Fitbit charts compare a nights sleep to a 30 day average and compare it to others in the same age and gender group for awake time, REM or dream, light and deep sleep stages.

Heart Rate At Rest Fitbit Chart

This chart measures heart rate at rest for April 2020. The high point is a point higher than normal and the low point is about 3 points higher. I try to cut down on the caffeine for May and June.
