May 2021 Cardio Fitness Score
So I know from experience there are those including a few gym trainers that will argue about levels of exertion or stressing the body for building muscle or health. I’m not one of those.
I’m surprised at the number of friends I’ve talked to that used a gym trainer when starting a gym membership and had to stop working out because of physical problems caused by stress on the joints. There is a reason we feel pain, and that’s to let us know something is wrong.
Making slow and steady improvement is more important than overnight gains. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask your doctor to help support your health progress.

Cardio Fitness or Overall Heart Health
This chart gives an overview of your heart rate health.
There’s a good description on the phone or online, in short, I believe it measures how hard your heart works while resting and at peak periods while working out and then determines how efficiently the heart works with the rest of your body.
This is why it’s so important to lower or follow your heart at rest.
Cardio Fitness Chart for July, 2017
Observations This has moved up 1 point from 42 – 46 and thought I could move it up higher with more steps or longer walks.
Actions & Goals I’d like to see this get into the 60s by the end of the year. Now I’m not too sure I can accomplish this by the end of the year.
Observations Surprised to see this so high, since I’ve been working as a web designer I’ve taken little care of my health and so considered my heart health less than average.
Actions & Goals I’d like to see this get into the 60s by the end of the year.
