Like most cruciferous vegetables Brussel sprouts can have a strong suffer taste, but with about 20+ minutes of airing after cutting them into 4-bit size pieces then there’s no problem.
In a bowel mix in
- 2 cups of brussel sprouts
- 2 stripes of bacon cooked or uncooked depending on your taste.
- teaspoon of mustard
- some salt and pepper
- All purpose seasoning
